Reganne L. O'Brien is the Founder and Executive Director of The Warrior in Her, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women facing chronic physical and mental health conditions. Inspired by her own journey through significant health challenges, Reganne transformed her experiences into a mission of advocacy, hope, and service. She believes that no woman should have to face life's battles alone and is passionate about helping women discover the strength that already exists within them.

Reganne earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gannon University and her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Kent State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at Walden University, where she continues to expand her expertise in public health leadership, health equity, and community-based initiatives.

Under Reganne's leadership, The Warrior in Her has grown into a trusted nonprofit serving women across Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio through advocacy, educational programming, support services, wellness initiatives, and community partnerships. Her vision is to create a future where every woman has access to the resources, support, and encouragement she needs to reclaim her strength and well-being.
